    Time Based Activity

    Hello all,

Please I need assistance to develop an excel sheet, probably with macro, that does the below.
    1. Has a list of components that are to be replaced on time based on rows
    2. Has dates on the column
    3. In every cell, I want to be able to "mark" whenever I carry out a replacement on the date it is due
    4. Based on frequency defined, I want it to show in advance next due date
    5. I want it excel to trigger a list of components due for replacement a day before and send as mail
    6. To show different colours on dates depending on whether the replacement is due and has not been done or has been done.
    7. It automatically generates new sheets for every month task.

Perhaps someone must have used or designed this before.

    Thanks

    Re: Time Based Activity

Welcome to the forum, bazok100. I think perhaps you misunderstand what we're here for. We're here to give assistance to specific queries, rather than to design your sheet from scratch for you. Perhaps you would get further faster by designing what you can of your sheet, even if it is only the layout with some examples of what you want the final data to look like (include the layout of source data if applicable), and then break up your request into specific posts. For example, one could ask how to trigger a list of components due for replacement a day before and send as mail.
