    Hello pankajraje,

In my personal experience the sentence you have written will not likely get a response. I myself am having a bit of trouble deciphering what you want to accomplish. Make sure to use the best grammar possible to explain in detail what you need.

    Good Luck!

    Re: general info

If you are asking how to retrieve data saved three days ago that you have since changed and saved the file, I'm afraid there's no way to do that. If a file is changed often, but you need prior data, it is best to save each new version with a different date as part of the file name.

If you're asking which entries have been made in the last three days, it is possible to have that information going forward by putting date (and time, if necessary) stamps in adjacent cells. You do this by pressing Ctrl+; for the date and Ctrl+Shift+: for the time. There is no way that I'm aware of to get this information for previously entered data.
