    Conditional Formating using time

    Hello All,

I would like some assistance with conditional formatting.

I have attached some sample data.

We have two time to compare our achievments to - Column B & C. The times for the dates listed from column D-S are pulled forward from daily spreadsheets as a cell reference but it only pulls the time reported.

What I want to achive is to turn the cell green if it is before the target (column B) time and orange if it is in excess of the target time but less than the contracted time and finally to turn the cell red if the reported time is in excess of the contracted time.

On the face of it this would seem easy but there are occasions when we will complete the work before midnight the previous day which turns the cell red when we want it green. However we would never complete the work before 18:00 on the previous day and on the day never later than 18:00 so I think I need to move the 24 hour period for time if that makes sense.

I hope I have made some sense here and look forward to any assistance that may be forthcoming.

    Thanks & best regards,

    David
