I am new here, so hello all
I have a question about some polls i am trying to do.
The thing is that i need to add numbers to specific things.
These things will show up how many percent were used during this poll.
Also this is a .csv file, not a normal excel file.

CSV files can be opened by Excel. Please post a copy of what you're trying to do, along with sample data and sample results. Right now, your purpose is too vague for us to follow.
