Update List of Fixtures based on Selection

Hi

I am hoping someone can help.

I am putting together a Fixtures and tables spreadsheet ahead of the new season and have come across a problem.

I want to enter a team name in Cell U4 or select from a dropdown and then all of that teams fixtures and results appear in the table below (currently fully populated with Rangers as an example)

I have tried several methods such as a small macro to copy over with an Advanced Filter, which works fine, however, does not automatically update when I am updating the result in the main data table (range Data)

I then added a small macro to run the advanced filter procedure when the main data table is updated, however, this does not work very well and I was wondering if there was a formula out there that could achieve the same result?

I am thinking there must be as I am trying to re-create something similar to the excely.com example attached (PrimeraDivision) and this looks like its all formula driven.

Note - i have removed all the background datatables etc so nothing will automatically update in terms of the league table etc.
