    NETWORKDAYS returns 1 when planned date and completion date are the same

    Hi Excel Community,

    Please help on a formula to return the number of workdays between a planned completion date and an actual completion date excluding weekends in Excel 2010.

    I tried using NETWORKDAYS, but it seems the returned value is one day more than expected. Please see attached for example.
