    Using List of Values

Hi, have a spreadsheet with a column showing Department Names and another column showing all the different Position/Titles in each of the Department

I want users to be able to select a Department Name using List of values in cell and then depending on the Department Name selected, show a list of values showing the Position/Titles belonging to the department and allow the user to select a Position/Title

I have 18 different Departments with over 200 different Position/Titles covering the departments

Example: Marketing department has 16 different Position/Titles
If user selects Marketing department from List of departments, I only want to show the list of Position/Titles belonging the Marketing department

I have attached a sample datasheet
Any help with this would be great.

    Hi,
I think you want to use an AutoFilter on your data and filter by a single department to see what positions are open.

See the attached where I'm done the auto filter and selected Marketing. Click in A1 and check other Departments to see how autofilters work.
