    Values with multiple options

In a previous post (now solved - (http://www.excelforum.com/excel-gene...ml#post2521122), I was asked to determine the number of residents by school name. If a zip code had multiple schools listed each school would receive an equal amount of residents. Now I am being asked to add another element to the report and include the zone in which the zip code belongs to. A zip code can only belong to 1 zone, but the zip code could have multiple schools. So I need to show a summary by zone by school. I am attaching the excel file that was included in the first submitted post that is using the correct formula. Thank you.

Yes. The section in the Excel document in gray would be the summary they are hoping to get if possible. Thank you.

    Re: Values with multiple options

Do you mean, for example in C25:

    =SUMPRODUCT(($E$6:$G$11=B25)*($B$6:$B$11=$A$25)*($C$6:$C$11)/$D$6:$D$11)

copied down to C30, then similar for each Zone, adjusting references accordingly.
