Creating 2D array using named ranges and using array in Vlookup

Hi All,

I have two named ranges which refer to two columns in a worksheet. The ranges are named as _NAV1 and _NAV2 and are in the sheet 'NAV A Series'.

Now I was trying to do a vlookup in another worksheet reading the lookup value from that worksheet itself and looking up the value in a 2d array created from the above named ranges.

Two questions:

1-How can one create a 2d array using above named ranges using excel functions?
2-How can the 2d array be used in Vlookup?
