Window Change Event

Need help in achieving the following:

Change the value of the range "L5" to "NS" when Cell "K5" is empty then change "L5" to "IP" when the value in Cell "K5" is anything between 1% to 99% then change the value of "L5" to "CO" when the value of "L5" is equal to 100% and at last if the Date in "G5" is less than Today's date and the value in "K5" is less than 100% then change the value in "L5" to "OD".

Where, NS = Not Started, IP = In Progress, CO = Completed and OD = Overdue.

I have enclosed a sample of the workbook herewith so you can have a better understanding of what I am trying to do.
