Must I use multiple formulas to fill 3 seperate cells?

I have a spreadsheet for work that is determining production vs. standards. If the scheduled production run is longer than 8 hours or crosses into the next shift - I want the spreadsheet to automatically copy the data from the first column into the following row (which is set-up as a drop-down list).

I also want the difference (remaining production) moved down the list and for the spreadsheet to determine the remaining time (#.##) that is left on that run.

Can I do that many fills to different cells based off of one formula or do I need to set up 3 seperate IF statements?

    Re: Complicated formula

Hi Jesi327, wellcome to the forum...

Please, rename your title according to the rules:

    1. Use concise, accurate thread titles. Your post title should describe your problem, not your anticipated solution. Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.

To change the title of the thread, click EDIT on the original post, then click the Go Advanced button, then change the title. If two or more hours have passed, the EDIT button will not appear, and you need to ask a moderator to change the title.

Also, a small excel example with your input and desired output would be nice...

    Maybe it's too big?

Upload only example important for your issue... (Avoid confidential data and other that's not related to your question).

Yea, I pulled out confidential information and entered genericinformation. The list said it could be 1000K ... I'm at 731K.

I tried originally to edit and add it to the original post so, I thought that was where I messed up. But, then I added a reply and it did it again.

    I'll try again.
