    Import a Comma Deliniated List

I am doing some keyword research for search engine optimization and I need to know if it is possible to import a simple comma delineated list (item one, item 2, etc) into excel as cells in a column? The list is just in a word file at the moment. This would save me an insane amount of tedious work.
