Combine template with existing text

I have a spreadsheet that contains definitions for some data elements we use in our database. I want to add some formatting elements to the existing text that "wraps around" the existing text without having to delete and retype the text. Here's an example:

Existing Text (this is the definition of Customer):
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A person who spends money with this company.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I want to add this format:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Definition:

Source:

Alias:

Date Added:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So the net result is this:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Definition: A person who spends money with this company.

Source:

Alias:

Date Added:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Any suggestions? I have several hundred of these to do.

You can use the Concatenate function to accomplish this. For example if you have your format data starting in a1 and your existing text in B1, you could do something like this in C1....
