It would be better if you can match the headers to the lookup values... makes for better design and easier manipulation...
... but if you insist on summing as you showed, try:
=SUM(INDEX($B$2:$H$2,ROWS($A$1:$A1)),INDEX($B$2:$H$2,ROWS($A$1:$A1)+4))
adjust the B2:H2 range to suit and copied down.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
