    Multiple If & Vlookup

    Hello Friends:

    I would need your help to know a function which can do both multiple ifs and vlookup together.

    Attached is a file which shows the data in "Raw Data" worksheet. I would like a formula to be added to the other 2 worksheets named 1A and 2A such that the data pulls in automatically through Raw Data.

    This is how it will work. I would like the formula to first look and see if column 1 has "1" in it and column 2 has "A". If yes, then it should do a vlookup and pull up all the columns into worksheet 1A. I created 2 scenarios and 2 worksheets. I would have more such scenarios to create so would need your help with the formula which I can use.

    I filled in worksheet 1A as a sample of the data result I am looking for. I am okay to have blank rows.

    Thanks in advance for your help.

    Re: Multiple If & Vlookup

    For Sheet 2A results:
    Helper column on Raw Data sheet col I
    In I2 and dragged down:
    =IF(AND(A2=2,B2="A"),ROW(),"")
    In C2 of sheet 2A and dragged over and down:
    =IF(COUNT('Raw Data'!$I:$I)>ROW()-2,INDEX('Raw Data'!C:C,MATCH(SMALL('Raw Data'!$I:$I,ROW()-1),'Raw Data'!$I:$I,0)),"")

    Or this with Pivot table:

    (try follow xls and picture).

    1. add one more column in your original data that will join channel and Status (I call it Joined in Raw data)
    2. insert Pivot table (sheet1)
    3. In pivot table in Report filter place Joined (else by will)
    4. Click Joined (in A1) in Options Tab click drop down menu in Options (see picture) and choose Show report filter pages
    5. A box will appear and choose Joined and OK
    6. sheets are generated. If there are multiply names it will put (2) in names (see picture)
