How to show the header of a value?

    Hello,

I need some help with this:

I have this formula =MIN(AL6:BJ6) and of course it shows me the minimum value of that row.

In the head of every column I have the info of who is giving me that number.

What I need is a formula that shows me in other cell the head that is giving me that number.

    THANKS A LOT!.

    Try

    =INDEX(AL$1:BJ$1,MATCH(MIN(AL6:BJ6),AL6:BJ6,0))

You can replace MIN(AL6:BJ6) in the formula with the cell that gave the Min results to reduce number of calculations...

    Try

    =INDEX(AL1:BJ1,MATCH(MIN(AL6:BJ6),AL6:BJ6,0))

You can replace the MIN(AL6:BJ6) part with the cell address that already has that formula.

I just tried and it shows me 0 as a value and not the text that I have in the head of the column. Do you know how can I solve this?, thanks.
