count number of occurances in descending order

Hi All,

I have certaining items which are repeating and i would like to show the number of repeat of that perticular item in descending order.
For the illustration purpose i have attached on sample excel file. Using countif formula i can get count in ascending order (column c) but i would like to see it in descending order (column d) and i would prefer to start the formula from row 3.
