Excel 2007 : help VBA script: Copy Data From One Sheet To Another By Condition

Good day to all, im a newbie When it comes to excel macro.. I was hoping if someone can help me with my problem.. i would gladly appreciate any help.

i have this workbook, a main worksheet named "SUM" contains all the data.. a blank column is labeled NAME which corresponds to the name of the sheets the data should be transferred.. the SUM sheet contains data from row 2 TO 11.. so it is a lot. column B2:B11 is the column where the condition will be input. the other sheets are named, KAT, MIKE and JAMES.. for example, if u input JAMES in B2, the whole row 2 will be copied to row 2 in sheet JAMES. if you change the data of B2 from JAMES to MIKE then the data will be transferred from sheet JAMES to sheet MIKE. the data from JAMES should be deleted because of the change. is this possible? thank you so much for your help. more power! :)
