Excel 2007 : Calculate Value based on formula result

I have a speadsheet that uses this formula below (with the cell formatted for percentage with 2 decimal places).

This is for a class that they cannot fail however they will be remediated if they get lower than 65%. So at a minimum they will get a 65% and if that is their grade they will get a YES for a cell asking if they were remediated, otherwise the remediation cell will say NO.

This will give me a percent cased on the result of F2/G2 with a minimum value of 65.00%

What I need now is a cell that if the resulting value is "65.00%" then display the text "YES" and if it is higher (or false) display "NO"

I will attach a file and the fields in yellow need some help.

Its almost correct, just need to remove the quotations from the 0.65, so that it reads like so:

SURE DID, I got it after I re-typed the whole thing manually again with a clear head and it worked just as you said. Thanks for the time and effort!
