    Lookup and count

I have the product id in column A and the qty sold in column B.
In column G I have product ID's and in H I have the amount I bought.
How can I have column I lookup every instance of the same ID in A and give me a count of the total sold.

I have attached a test sheet.

    thanks,

Re: Lookup and count feature part 2...

    Try:

    =SUMIF($A$2:$A$17,G2,$B$2:$B$17)

    copied down
Where there is a will there are many ways.
