    Please confirm date. Continue?

I am working with Excel 2007 and I am having an issue with my expense report spreadsheet.

Everytime I enter a date, a pop up box comes up that says 'Please Confirm Date - Continue? and gives options Yes, No, Cancel and Help.

HOW do I get RID of this POP UP?!?!?!? It is very very annoying.
I have tried to change the format to General instead of Date... still get the box.

    Can anyone help with this??
    Thank you
