String a set of formulas to merge scenarios

    Dear Gurus,

I have a current work challenge that requires your expert assistance. The attached spreadsheet contains 2 set of Clients. My expected outcome is stated in Column D.

Is there a formula or a way where I could string a set of formulas for the 2 scenarios. In isolation I can use the REPLACE formula for Client 1 & 2 and a IF formula for Client 3&4. Unfortunately this is a pain because the list of client that I have is quite large and it would too time consuming to copy and past the formulas for each of the scenarios.

    Many thanks for your assistance.

    Cheers

I'm not clear from your sample the extent of your problem, I think it might well be more complicated than the sample suggests.

    Try this for starters
