Finding the Lowest Values and Matching

    Hello,
Can someone help me with developing a formula that would find the lowest value in column E, over the last six instances, the lowest value in column G over the last six instances, and if they are "NOT" in the same row the formula is "True", if they "ARE" the formula is "False".

If the lowest low of the past six candles doesn't have the lowest CCI over the same period then the formula equals "TRUE".

I'm thinking I would need some sort of matching formula.

    Please see attached spreadsheet.

Thank you in advance for any and all help.
