color all cells with certain text

HI,
i wish to do the following:

column A have dates DD.MM.YYYY
i wish excel to set yellow bg color of all B cells that are next to cell with date with 10 in it on day place .

So something like B= IF the date in my neighbor A cell starts with 10, paint me yellow ( it cannot be 10 on month or year possition, just every time the 10th day in the month )

Select Column A or B or Both depending on which to colour, and then go to Format|Conditional Formatting and select Formula Is from the first drop down menu, then enter formula:

=DAY($A1)=10

where A1 is top most cell

Click Format and choose colour from Pattern tab.

Click Ok

Click Ok to finish.
