Populating cells depending on other data

    Hello,

I wanted to know if there was anyway I could populate a cell with data linked from another sheet depending on data from another cell.

    For example, if Sheet3!B16 = Sheet1!J4, I want the contents of Sheet1!K5 in Sheet3!C16.

What formula would I use for that?

    Thank you so much!

Try in Sheet3!C16 entering this formula:

    =IF(B16=Sheet1!J4,Sheet1!K5,"")

The "" means return nothing if the condition is false.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
