    Dependent list problem

Hi, trying to create dependent list as described in: http://www.contextures.com/xldataval02.html (using illigal characters). I have set up the table exactly as described there but indirect/lookup combination gives an error "incorrect formula". File attached. Please assist.
    Thanks in advance

Thanks, but simple INDIRECT was under control. If you want to scale Excel out (us much as it is scalable at all), you want things in drop-downs to be readable for the people. I would like that first drop-drown displays full names and not range names.

I think maybe your quotes at either end of the formula were the issue
