Exclamation Conditional formatting copy formula down?

I have a formula based conditional format. I want the cell to turn red if the value is greater than AF6.

However, when I copy down with the fill handle, all the other rows are pointing to AF6 too. I want row 7 to be red if it is greater than AF7, not AF6!

    Any help?!

Make sure you remove the $ symbols surrounding the reference to AF6: $AF$6===>AF6
