Would anyone know how to set up a code for the workbook to open with a disclaimer? The rest of the worksheets would open once the ACCEPT button is pressed. Operating Excel 2011 for Mac.

- disclaimer is a worksheet (rather than dialogue box)
- if ACCEPT is not pressed (eg EXIT is pressed instead), the worksheet closes
- ideally would need to work in Excel 2010/11 for both Windows and Mac
