Create A YTD COLUM

I need to create a year to date colum that updates every day that it is opened.
any help is greatly appreciated. attached is a sample of what needs to be done.
It includes payment periods when the start and end. also when the payment has begun. it is not a total since they started paying but a total of what they have paid to this date so far
