Statement of Account Cannot get Formula to work

Hi I have been trying to do a statement of account. Basically this lists the outstanding invoices of a client and the payments of the same client. Then it totals the outstanding amount. I also need to do the amounts outstanding by no of days such as 30 days, 60 days etc. This is done according to the date but I cannot get it to work. Basically when adding the data by formula for 30 days etc, the formula is not working and i always get a total of 100.

Anyone can help? I am also attaching a workbook.

Hi vandanavia, Thanks for your reply and new workbook. Just a couple of questions:

The today date can be changed right to the current date? (ie when issuing the statement)
If older than 120 days (for example an invoice date of August 2010) the formula does not add the amounts right?
If I add an invoice date 01/04/2011, it is still added to the amount. Is this correct given that 30 days have not yet passeD?

    Thanks
