This is best of my understanding "=IF(Sheet2!G9 > 0, IF((Sheet1!B9=Sheet2!E9),IF((Sheet1!A9=Sheet2!I9),Sheet2!G9,0),0),0)", if not post sample workbook to fetch the desired output.
