Is there a way to have different colour rows similar to how you can set up Table Styles in Word?
I want to have each row alternate between 2 colours so it's easier to read.

You can use 2 conditional formatting rules.
=MOD(ROW(),2)=1
and
=MOD(ROW(),2)=0
each with its own colour.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
