Hi All,
I need ideas because I don't know even how to go about it. I need to create a main field and create few cells within that field. For instance, think of the movie and the list of actors in that movie. I would rather make it a sub-field rather then write a name of the movie for each actor. Please note, I can't use cell merge and type many names within a cell because it would affect sorting. Any ideas

I believe a table is how you want to set up your data. Excel likes each cell in a row filled in. It is even more useful if you have repeats of the movie over and over for each actor. That way you can search sort and even do pivot tables.
Tables or Lists of data is what I believe you want. It was called Lists in 2003 and before and Tables since.
