Locate a value in a horizontal range and return the value next to it

Hi,

I would be very grateful if somebody could help me with this.

I need to locate the value of a cell in a horizontal range and return the value of the cell next to this.

I need to place a formula in cell K4 which searches for K4 in range B4:J4 and returns the value in the cell next to it, which in this case is 254.24. I then need to copy and paste this formula into cell K5, which needs to return the value 7654.21.

The example exel is attached. If anyone can throw any light on this I would be extremely grateful.
