Excel 2007 : How do I add to the contents of a cell

I am importing about 600 addresses from a CSV into Excel so I can delete fields and change some of the information before saving it and uploading it to my gmail account. I want to append a "+" to the end of each and every phone number. Is there a way I can do this without manually editing each and every cell?

if the phone number is in column A then
in column B
b1= A1&"+"
after that autofill.
