Graph for selected range

I need a little help to build a chart for a selected range and selected data.
The attached file shows what I wish to do.
I´ve tried to do it in many ways and searched here in forum for examples but I didnt find any (or I didnt search in the correct way).
So, a little help would be fantastic.

You need to create dynamic named ranges for the series to use
