Multiple IF statements in 1 formula

I have attached both copies of the workbook. 'Workbook' is how we have it setup from our suppliers feed, It already has numerous changes that we have made from the standard text file that we get.... 'Online ready workbook' is how it needs to be for the website upload.

column C has the data that we need changed from column B, since there is so many products and this needs to be done 3 times per week i would like a formula that could be inserted into column C that changes the data automatically if possible and only changing the appropriate names (from the post above).

These are the only names that we would be changing, but the spreadsheet needs to be mindful that rows will changed every 2nd day... ie some products will change / be added / removed etc.

All columns will remain the same
