Find hour in a range of hour values

Hi,

I'm facing the following problem, that i would like to obtain some help.

I have 3 columns and 3 rows with the following:

A B C
1 9:00 12:15 Low
2 12:15 18:00 Medium
3 18:00 24:00 High
4 0:00 9:00 Very hig

In another cell the i want to put the search value, for example 11:05, and i want it to find the range where it fits, and return de value from column C, that in this case is Low.

I can't solve this....
