    Shorten My Sheet

Couldn't think of a good title....
Column A has 3000 rows of info in it. The column is rather thin, so I could fit 3 columns in a page, (would be columns A, B & C). I am currently looking at it in page break view (about 50 rows is where I'm at before it goes to page 2), so I'm manually grabbing from row 51 to row 3000, cutting the info out & pasting it in column B, repeat for column C, then grab Column C at row 51 to the end & pasting that beginning at A51. It's working, but is there an easier way to get it line up as I explained above rather than manually cutting & pasting?? I want to print 20 pages rather than 80!!!
Love the site, can't count the times you've saved my tail!!!

    Re: Shorten My Sheet

How about using a second sheet and linking the cells. Example attached. This way you don't have to touch your original data set.

    Hope it helps.
