Excel sheet with moving formulas

Hello, I have a status worksheet that I update constantly, and it feeds into another weekly report. How can freeze that weekly report from changing to maintain a snapshot view?

Try copying the entire region containing the data and without changing the selection hit paste special and then select values.

This will convert all formula to their current values so make sure that you do this on a copy to protect your original formulae.
