Angry Cannot sync table with chart

    Good Afternoon

I was wondering if someone could help, my minds gone blank and I seem to be finding it hard to figure this out.

I’m trying to make a excel spreadsheet using data provided from my colleagues, this is an activity list of there print jobs.

Next to this data i want some sort of chart to show how many times a certain printer is being used, but calculate it as it gets input. I.e as the data gets inputted as soon as they state there using a certain printer when enter is pressed this will add on to the chart.

Any ideas, I've attached a screen print of what I’m trying to do to give you guys an idea of what I'm doing (well I hope)?

    Many thanks

I would think this would be simple just define the chart series where the data is going to be added. I could tell you for sure if you posted a sample workbook instead of a picture of your chart.
Is your code running too slowly?
Does your workbook or database have a bunch of duplicate pieces of data?
Have a look at this article to learn the best ways to set up your projects.
It will save both time and effort in the long run!
