Sorting Data with a Dropdown Box

Background: I have a large database that can be sorted in ~40 different ways (by each of the 40 column headers).

Problem: Sorting this database by selecting the array, navigating to the toolbar, and selecting the sort options takes too long when presenting this data to coworkers.

Question: Is there a way to quickly sort an array of data without using the "Sort" option each time?

I would ideally like to create a dropdown box that could automatically sort the database by the selected criterion. This may not be realistic, however, and I am open to any suggestions. A reference sheet outlining my problem is attached. Thanks so much!

Here's one that uses buttons. Sorry I don't know how to use the drop down yet.Copy of Sorting Question.xlsm

Thanks Raystafarian! This is an interesting solution. I'll be sure to post again if I find a way to use a dropdown menu. It would also be great to find a way to do this without the sorting arrows included in each column header. I know I'm being very particular, but they further clutter my already-very-busy database. Cheers.

This does the sorting in the background. I'll see if I can figure out a drop-down today.Copy of Sorting Question.xlsm

Here we go, a combobox doing the work of the buttons. I left the buttons, they can be deleted. The VBA subs are still called buttonclick though. Copy of Sorting Question.xlsm
