    Thumbs up If AND Statement with Less or Greater Than

    Hello,

    Can someone please help me out?

    I'm trying to figure out what is the best way for me to do this...

    I want one complete formula with a less or greater than that will display the total deduction to be taken as per the score table attached.

    Appreciate any assistance given.

    Both ways work. I was focusing too much on IF(AND

    Vlookup does the trick.
