Formula for lookup or what if

    I need a formula stating:
If a number is 25% or higher then no credit
    if a number is 24.9 to 15% then $1500
if a number is 14.9 to 0% then $2000 credit

I've tried looking online, and haven't been able to come up with one as I am not a beginner, but definitely not advanced!
