in column A1 to A400 i have values.
i want to multiply all of these values(from A1-A400) with the value from B1,and to copy them to C1-C400.so C1=A1*B1, C2=A2*B1and so on,until C400
any advices?thank you

Place this formula in C1 and drag down to C400:
=A1*$B$1
