Excel 2007 : Entering an integer in a cell, it highlights

Help is needed,

there is an excel sheet that contains data. Column C is empty wich is for integer. Column A to G except C are filled by data. I have a legend 3 different color. Each color has its name.
What I want to do is when I enter integer in a cell of column C, I want the row wich contains the cell entered the integer A to G to be highlighted by color from the legend.

Is it workable? If it is, please help me to figure out.

That's Conditional Formatting.

For row 2, the first condition would be: =$C2=1, second condition: =$C2=2, and third: =$C2=3.

Select all cells from A2 down to G whatever before applying the CF
