Nested formula

Hi,

The attached workseet will have 36 months data which I need to solve the collected installments to be reduced from the balance(if the "status" updated to "Collected"). and also the "Due" column to be updated if there is any due till date.

Is there anyway where I can get the current month payment due customers from the data ?

Please help me to solve the problem
