How do I get dual axis on a single chart?
I want to show index-number on the left y-axis and $-numbers on the right.

Thanks!
I use Excel 2007
Right click on line -> Format Data Series -> Secondary axis
Never use Merged Cells in Excel
Thanks. So the solution is that there is no real solution?
I dont want to make a second serie to fit (by adjusting the minimum/maximum of the axis) because it has to change dynamicly.
If you want to automatically align the primary and secondary axes, you will need VBA. Post a sample file that represents your data structure and this can be arranged easily.
That would be very helpful. I have attached the sample and I want to add the value on the secondary y-axis.
Thanks a lot!
Include the Value data in the chart as a second data series. Format that data series to show on the secondary axis, then format the data series to have no line and no markers.
I can't get it to work in a dynamic-way. Any other suggestions and can you eventually show it to me in a Excel-document?
It would be great help.
Thanks.
Can you explain what you mean by that?
You have two separate axes with two completely different scales.
When you add data to your chart source, both axes will be dynamically updated.
Please explain what you want to achieve instead.
