Seeing which cells have Data Validation rules

Select entire range
Edit>Goto Special Button
then Data Validation option button > OK
this will select data validation cells only

Thanks Sadath31. I cannot find the function to which you refer. I have hunted around but cannot find anything that looks like an 'Edit-Goto Special button'. I am using Excel 2010.
I would appreciate further clarification.

Try the short cut to get 'GO TO' dialogbox
Ctl + G
