sumifs

Hello

i have attached a sample workbook where i am struggling with the sumifs function.

basically, i have provided an example in yellow in the "master" sheet.

i need to know by the start date what city the training took place for different sales position

i.e.
SE/ISE - start date of training: 15-nov-2010 - Washington

so in my master sheet i have 15-nov-2010...so i would for it to show Washigton, when i type in the date.

my criteria will be, reference or criteria will be column H in facilitator sheet where the city name is found.....i have also tried to use ISE/SE and SE as reference in the master sheet. pls advise/
